For those of us parents who have kids who want to play football year round, our league was given a pretty awesome opportunity to get some more work in this offseason. Winthrop/Monmouth youth football has invited us and some other area leagues to participate in their 6+ week camp. The primary focus of this clinic is to enhance player safety through heads-up tackling and overall fundamental skill level for players going into 3rd-8th grade next year. Players need to only bring water, gym clothes, and their cleats or shoes for indoor turf. The fee will be $15 per session per player (pay at the door) so you only have to pay for the sessions you wish to attend. There will be a few coaches from our league coaching as well. All sessions are at Ingersoll turf in Auburn

-Saturday April 21st 12p-3p

***If anyone has interest in having players attend these camps, please let us know so we can give them an approximate head count from LAYFL, we would love to be the league with the best numbers!
